This policy explains what Birch Lantern School collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email or phone number, your child's age, the schedule you ask about and what you write. We do not ask for your child's name or any health details on this site. Like most websites, this one also records basic technical information, such as pages visited and the type of browser, to keep it working.

How we use it

We use what you send only to reply to you and to plan tours and the waitlist. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with the service providers who run the website and our email.

How long we keep it

Notes from families who do not enroll are deleted after a year. Enrollment records are kept as child care licensing rules require.

Photos of children

We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, and you can change your answer at any time.
